DRAMATIC SHADING (for pieces that aren't scenes) | + 35 -50%
If what you are ordering has a price range, humanoid characters will tend to be on the higher end of the price range.

Drawings with a background. Turnaround times may be more than usual due to how long they take. If you need a more concrete finish date, let me know.

Commissions for me to experiment with. Art may not turn out in the same style as the example, but will be flat colour at minimum.
Will be a skeb-type commission; I likely will not give any wips and you will only get a finished product. If you order this commission type, you accept this.

Custom designs!
For mystery customs, please AT MAXIMUM provide a few images for reference + anthro / feral and species. You can also provide nothing at all and it will be a complete mystery design.
The example is a rendered design.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By ordering a commission or custom by me, you agree to following these rules. Breaking these rules will result in a blacklist.
PAYMENT
✦ Payment is paid through paypal upfront.
ARTIST + COMMISSIONER USAGE
✦ I, the artist, have permission to upload commissioned art of any kind to social medias, portfolios, and for commission examples. I will not use commissioned art for commercial purposes.
✦ You, the commissioner, have personal rights to the art commissioned from me. Commercial use can be discussed.
✦ If you purchase a design from me, whether through an adopt or custom, only personal use is allowed through default. Commercial use can be given with a fee of 3x the original price + the understanding that you must follow the following rules;
✦ Credit must be given in the commercial material and may not be hidden or hard to find.
✦ I must be told about the usage of the design beforehand.
✦ Commercial use of only the design is given- the art itself is a different fee that can be discussed.
✦ For transparency, some commercial use will not incur a fee. The artist decides whether or not you are eligible for this.
✦ To message me about commercial use, please message me through toyhouse or discord to let me know. Messages may or may not be moved to email after a certain point.
DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI OR NFTS
✦ (AI meaning artificial inteligence, NFTS meaning non-fungible token). Using my art or designs in this manner is an immediate (public) blacklist with zero exceptions.WHAT I WILL / WONT DRAW
✦ I can draw feral, anthro, humanoid, and mecha (with a fee if they are very complex). I am willing to draw gore, body horror, and slightly suggestive content.
✦ I will not draw nsfw or hateful content.
✦ I will NOT draw suggestive content of any kind for feral characters, no matter its specie.
TURNAROUND TIMES
✦ Commissions may take up to 6 months maximum (unless discussed beforehand).
✦If I have not completed an order by 6 months you can either ask for a refund or an extra bust of any character.
PROCESS
✦ All commissions and where they are currently in making will be put on my trello once ordered.
I will give wips for the unfinished lineart, the finished lineart, the colours, and the shading.
✦You may ask for a total of 2 major changes; any more will incur a fee. Minor changes are free; the artist chooses whether or not a change is minor or not.
✦I do not give wips for experimental commissions, and if ordering one, you accept that you will only get a finished piece.REFUNDS
✦ I do not give refunds unless I have failed to finish a commission in time or if I am unable to finish for whatever other reason.
DECLINING COMMISSIONS
✦ I, the artist, am able to decline any order if I see fit without necessary explanation; though I will try to let you know why.
BLACKLIST
✦ If someone does not follow any of these rules, I am able to put them on a blacklist.
✦If someone is on the blacklist, they cannot buy art directly from me and they will be blocked (being blocked by itself does not mean they are blacklisted; I will contact a person if they have been blacklisted). I cannot police if a blacklisted person buys a design of mine secondhand; however I would very much appreciate it if this is not done.
✦The blacklist is currently not public. As of right now, the only reason I would publicly state someone being on the blacklist is if they break the AI / NFT rule. The publicity of the whole blacklist may be changed at a later date if needed.
